Pakistani channel, Green Entertainment is set for a launch on Sky later this year.
BizAsiaLive.com understands that the service is expected to launch around April this year, nearly a year since it debuted in Pakistan.
Its line-up of shows include ‘Tumharey Husn Kay Naam’ and ‘Jeevan Nagar’. The buzz since its launch has been pretty strong, with show promos already attracting huge engagement on social media.

Green Entertainment is an independent channel, competing directly with existing players Hum TV, ARY Digital and Geo TV.
A licence for the channel has already been granted by UK media regulator, Ofcom. It will be handled by Alliance Advertising & Marketing.
