Pakistan ratings: ‘Janaan’ premiere scores high for ARY Digital

The World TV Premiere of Pakistani blockbuster movie ‘Janaan’ brought in a huge audience to ARY Digital in Pakistan, according to data from MediaLogic.

The film was watched by 48.9 GRPs at 21:00 on Saturday 22nd April. It beat off competition from Hum TV, which during the same slot raked in 16.3 GRPs and Geo TV mustered in 15.6 GRPs. In fourth was Geo Kahani with 12.7 GRPs and A Plus fetched 7.3 GRPs.

‘Janaan’ released at cinemas last Eid and proved a huge box office hit. It stars Armeena Rana Khan, Ali Rehman and Bilal Ashraf.

ARY Digital, which disappeared from UK screens in January, is expected to run in some sort of new format in the coming weeks.
