‘Padmaavat’ success celebration to be held in the sea?


Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmaavat’ (2018) has soared at the box office, and it’s time for the cast and crew to celebrate. The team has reportedly planned the success bash on an ocean liner on 24th February, as it will mark Bhansali’s 55th birthday. It will be an celebration full of grandeur with the cast, among other Bollywood personalities, except Shahid Kapoor, as he will be shooting for ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’.

Mid-Day reports an source saying, “The team did not want a run-of-the mill party at a five star. So they zeroed in on the Ark Deck Bar, the floating restaurant that has an open-air bar deck, a sit down restaurant and private dining areas. It not only offers stunning views as it sails off the coast into the sea, but will also give the stars privacy from the paparazzi. Shahid won’t be present as he’s shooting in Tehri for Batti Gul Meter Chalu. A guest list of about 150 people has been drawn up that includes other Bollywood stars as well. The Ark is just a boat ride away from the Sea Link jetty. Everyone including Deepika and Ranveer will be ferried across.”

‘Padmaavat’ also starred Aditi Rao Hydari and Jim Sarbh is supporting roles.
