‘Paanch Bahuyein’ to replace ‘Sanjog’ on ZEE TV

It’s official! ZEE TV will be axing ‘Sanjog Se Bani Sangini’ in June, to make way for the big budget show, ‘Mr and Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuyein’.?

The show has been described as about a family headed by Mr and Mrs Kaushik and their five sons and daughter-in-laws. The sons are married and the family resides in Jaipur.

The cast comprises of Vibha Chibber who plays Mrs Kaushik. Jignesh Joshi and Gavie Chahal along with Mukul Chablani and Alouk Narula play the sons. Himani Chawla who is lately seen in ‘Mata Ki Chowki’ will play one of the daughters-in-law and is cast opposite Gavie Chahal. Deeya Chopra, last seen in ‘Pratigya’, will also play one of the bahus.

Rajeev Verma, who was previously seen in the first series of ‘Chhoti Bahu’ will return to ZEE TV as ‘Mr Kaushik’.

‘Sanjog Se Bani Sangini’ has been under the scanner for the past few weeks. The show started off well but has declined in popularity recently. ‘Sanjog Se Bani Sangini’ will end on Monday 6th June.

‘Mr and Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuyein’ launches on Monday 21st June at 22:00 (on ZEE TV UK).
