Overnights: ZEE TV slumps in Thursday ratings

Despite a small rise in UK ratings earlier in the week, ZEE TV slumped on Thursday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The popular broadcaster suffered a setback with a share of just 0.01% – down from 0.03% on Wednesday. Local show ‘ZEE Companion’ was top show with an audience of 7,800 viewers, followed by ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ with 4,900 viewers and ‘Kundali Bhagya’ with 4,800 viewers.

Star Plus stayed top, while Colors moved up to No.2, followed by Sony Entertainment Television in third.

Star Plus’ top attractions on Thursday were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 97,000 viewers, followed by ‘Krishna Chali London’ and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ with 46,300 viewers, ‘Mariam Khan’ with 46,000 viewers, ‘Tumhari Paakhi’ (re-run) with 39,300 viewers, ‘Mummy Ka Magic’ with 30,500 viewers and ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ with 30,200 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 12’ raked in 57,100 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Shakti’ with 24,800 viewers at 20:00 and ‘Dastaan-e-Mohabbat’ at 20:30 with 19,500 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ at 21:00 led with 37,300 viewers, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 23:00 with 18,800 viewers and ‘Mere Sai’ with 16,500 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Beyreham’ led with 19,100 viewers, followed by ‘Baba Jani’ with 15,900 viewers and ‘Beti Jaisi’ with 10,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Mann Mayal’ at 21:00 raked in 21,400 viewers, followed by ‘Ki Jana Main Kaun’ at 22:00 with 7,700 viewers and ‘Aik Larki Aam Si’ with 6,900 viewers.

ZEE Cinema was top movie channel in the genre with ‘Dil Se’ at 11:45 attracting 19,400 viewers.
