Overnights: ZEE TV shows significant rise on Thursday in UK

After a bleak period, ZEE TV has shown signs of recovery, with encouraging audience figures on Thursday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The channel’s share has been rising steadily since it switched to its new hybrid schedule, compromising of ZEE TV, &TV, Zing & Living Foodz shows. ZEE TV delivered a share of 0.07%. It remained behind Star Plus, which dominated with 0.15%, PTC Punjabi with 0.12%, Hum TV with 0.11% and Sony Entertainment Television with 0.09%. Colors stayed behind with 0.03%.

ZEE TV’s biggest attractions on Thursday were ‘Guddan’ at 18:30 with 17,500 viewers, followed by ‘Man Mohini’ at 22:00 with 12,700 viewers, ‘Punar Vivah’ at 13:30 with 13,100 viewers, ‘Rajaa Betaa’ at 18:00 with 11,200 viewers, ‘Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya’ at 10:30 with 10,600 viewers and ‘Jhatpat Khana’ at 12:00 with 10,700 viewers.

Meanwhile, Star Plus ruled with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 57,700 viewers, followed by ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 40,900 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 35,700 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 34,800 viewers, ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 25,500 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 20,800 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Suno Chanda’ was top show across all Asian TV networks with 71,400 viewers, followed by ‘Meer Aabroo’ at 22:45 with 22,200 viewers and ‘Aangan’ at 19:30 with 15,700 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ was watched by 38,900 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:30 with 37,000 viewers, ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:00 with 32,700 viewers and ‘Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai’ at 22:00 with 26,400 viewers.
