Overnights: ‘YRKKH’ tops UK ratings on Thursday

'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehala Hai' climbs up on Star Plus

The long-running show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ steadily has been rising in the UK ratings and last night managed to top the charts, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The popular show, which airs at 21:30 pulled in 155,100 viewers – peaking at 164,600 viewers, followed by ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ with 140,600 viewers and ‘Mahabharat’ in third with 136,000 viewers. ‘Saathiya’ and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ followed with 127,300 viewers and 118,200 viewers respectively. The London episodes of ‘SaraswatiChandra’ are not proving as popular as one hoped – the show was back down to just 112,100 viewers last night.

On Colors, ‘Rangrasiya’ was back on top of the ratings with 81,000 viewers, it got double the audience for ‘BeIntehaa’ at 21:00 with 41,700 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ was the leading show with 57,200 viewers, followed by ‘Parichay’ with 55,000 viewers and ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ with 49,900 viewers.

On ITV4, the Indian Premier League match between Rajasthan Royals and Hyderabad was watched by 244,800 viewers – peaking at 399,900 viewers.
