Overnights: ‘YRKKH’ & ‘Mariam Khan’ keep Star Plus top on Wednesday in UK

Star Plus dominated UK ratings on Wednesday with ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (pictured) and ‘Mariam Khan’ giving the channel a push, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ and ‘Mariam Khan’ both attracted an audience of 47,900 viewers at 18:30 and 19:00 respectively. ‘Mariam Khan’ had a bigger peak with 64,200 viewers, compared to 51,800 viewers for ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’. ‘Ishqbaaaz’ moved up to No.3 with 47,500 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 45,100 viewers, ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 21:00 with 43,600 viewers and ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 40,200 viewers.

While Star Plus topped ratings with a share of 0.15%, Sony Entertainment Television followed closely behind with 0.10% share. ‘Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai’ repeat at 18:30 led with 28,100 viewers, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 12:30 with 20,900 viewers, ‘Porus’ repeat at 11:45 with 16,400 viewers and ‘Mere Sai’ repeat at 11:00 with 16,100 viewers.

Hum TV was next with a share of 0.06% with ‘Sadqay Tumharay’ being watched by 36,300 viewers, followed by ‘Ki Jana Main Kaun’ at 22:00 with 24,900 viewers and ‘Aik Larki Aam Si’ with 19,600 viewers at 23:00.

&TV fetched a share of 0.05%, owing to the telecast of film ‘Karz’ starring Rishi Kapoor, which attracted 17,800 viewers at 15:00. However, it was ‘Bitti Business Wali’ at 18:00, which topped ratings with 30,500 viewers.

Rishtey and Star Bharat got a share of 0.04%, followed by Geo TV with 0.03% and ZEE TV and Colors with a share of 0.02%.
