Overnights: ‘YRKKH’ keeps Star Plus on top on Friday in UK

‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ emerged as the biggest show in UK ratings on Friday, keeping Star Plus on top, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus’ share was at 0.12%, followed closely by Sony Entertainment Television with 0.11%, PTC Punjabi with 0.08%, New Vision TV with 0.07%, Hum TV with 0.06%, ZEE Cinema, Venus TV, Sony SAB TV and BritAsia TV with 0.03%, ZEE TV, Colors, Hum Masala, Sony MAX 2 and Geo TV with 0.02%.

Star Plus’ biggest attractions were ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, which this week went under a five-year generation leap. It was watched by 54,600 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 51,300 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 49,100 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 30,000 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 25,600 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 25,500 viewers and the final episode of ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 20:00 with 21,000 viewers. ‘Ek Bhram’ fetched 20,800 viewers at 18:30.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ was the biggest show in the UK with 54,900 viewers, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ with 41,100 viewers at 22:00 AND ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:30 with 39,600 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Jaal’ at 21:00 led with 27,700 viewers, followed by ‘Mr Shamim’ at 14:30 with 18,100 viewers and ‘Choti Choti Baatein’ at 13:30 with 14,300 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Shoorveer Sisters’ at 17:00 topped ratings with 12,700 viewers, followed by ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 14:00 with 7,900 viewers and ‘Rasm-e-Rasoi’ 16:30 with 7,100 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Kesari Nandan’ at 23:30 delivered 6,200 viewers and ‘Silsila’ at 22:00 with 6,100 viewers.
