Overnights: ‘YHM’ surge keeps Star Plus at No.1 on Monday

Star Plus remained the most watched Asian TV channel on Monday, with ‘Yeh Hai Mohababtein’ crossing the 100k mark again, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 was watched by 110,900 viewers, followed by ‘Naamkarann’ at 21:00 with 73,900 viewers, ‘Chandra Nandini’ at 20:30 with 72,100 viewers, ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 71,100 viewers and ‘Chakravyuh’ at 18:00 with 68,800 viewers. Gul Khan’s two productions were next – ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon – Season 3’ at 20:00 pulled in 68,100 viewers and ‘Ishqbaaaz’ at 21:30 with 50,700 viewers. ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 18:30 raked in 43,000 viewers. Earlier in the day, ‘Meri Durga’ attracted 38,400 viewers, followed by ‘Dhhai Kilo Prem’ at 13:00 with 25,000 viewers and ‘Love Ka Hai Intezaar’ at 14:00 with 18,900 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Shakti’ pulled in 16,500 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Savitri Devi College & Hospital’ at 22:30 with 13,900 viewers and ‘Swabhimaan’ at 21:30 with 9,000 viewers.

On Sony Entertainment Television, ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ at 21:00 pulled in 16,100 viewers, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:30 with 3,500 viewers and ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 18:00 and ‘Ganesh’ at 20:00 both pulling in 1,400 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Piyaa Albela’ at 20:00 raked in 9,800 viewers, followed by ‘Jeet Gayi Toh Piya Morey’ at 22:00 with 8,400 viewers and ‘Aisi Deewangi’ at 22:30 with 8,200 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Rangrasiya’ topped ratings with 13,100 viewers, followed by ‘Salaam-e-Ishq’ at 19:00 with 9,300 viewers and ‘Balika Vadhu’ at 21:00 with 8,800 viewers.

On &TV, the channel changed its primetime schedule completely with a further dent in its audience figures. The top rated show was ‘Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi’ at 19:30, which could only muster in 3,800 viewers, followed by ‘Agnifera’ at 20:00 with 1,300 viewers and ‘Krishna’ at 20:30 with 1,200 viewers. ‘Gangaa’ re-run at 22:30 (no change in time slot) attracted 12,300 viewers.
