Overnights: ‘Ye Dil Mera’ puts Hum TV at No.1 in Pakistani genre

Hum TV topped UK ratings in the Pakistani genre on Wednesday, on the back of the ongoing success of ‘Ye Dil Mera’, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The popular series, which is nearing to its climax, was watched by 58,800 viewers at 21:00 – making it the most watched show on Wednesday. It was followed by ‘Adhan-e-Isha’ at 21:30 with 45,800 viewers and ‘Adhan-e-Maghrib’ at 20:30 with 32,500 viewers.

Overall, Hum TV was placed at No.2 in the UK on Wednesday with a share of 0.06% – behind Star Plus with 0.09%. In the Pakistani TV genre, Hum TV was well ahead rivals including New Vision TV with 0.05%, Geo TV and ARY Family with 0.03%. Hum Masala also raked in a share of 0.03%.
