Overnights: TV channels continue to lose ground on Thursday

Asian TV channels continued to struggle in UK ratings on Thursday, with Star Plus, Prime TV and ZEE TV leading the chart, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus has been experiencing testing times of late, despite remaining a distant No.1. Last night, it stayed top but with its share dwindling to just 0.13%. ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 remained top with 95,300 viewers. Its least watched primetime shows last night were ‘Ishqbaaaz’ at 21:30 with 8,200 viewers and ‘Har Shaakh Par Ullu Baitha Hai’ at 20:00 with 9,700 viewers.

Prime TV stayed strong with its Pakistan Super League coverage. Its share stood at 0.08%.

ZEE TV also upped its share with 0.04% with shows like ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ repeat at midday fetching 13,400 viewers and ZEE News bulletin at 17:00 attracting 11,400 viewers. Hum TV also delivered a share of 0.04% with ‘Dil-e-Muztar’ at 21:00 pulling in 17,500 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television’s share stood at 0.03%, while Colors remained low with 0.01%.
