Overnights: Three-way tie at No.1 on Sunday in UK

There were three Asian TV channels that shared the No.1 position in UK ratings on Sunday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony Entertainment Television, Hum Masala and PTC Punjabi ruled Asian TV ratings on Sunday with a share of 0.08%. New Vision TV and BritAsia TV garnered a share of 0.07%, followed by Star Plus with 0.06%, ZEE TV with 0.05% and Colors with 0.03%.

The biggest performers in UK ratings on Sunday were ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ on Sony Entertainment Television at 18:30 and 21:30 with 21,800 viewers and 21,100 viewers respectively. ‘Super Dancer Chapter 3’ at 20:00 was watched by 17,700 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘The Voice’ at 20:00 raked in 19,400 viewers, followed by ‘Koffee With Karan’ featuring Tiger Shroff at 19:00 with 14,200 viewers and ‘Qayamat Ki Raat’ at 23:00 with 13,300 viewers.

PSL 2019 proved a success again on Hum Masala with 19,000 viewers tuning in at 16:00, while the first match of the day on Sunday at 11:30 pulled in 17,400 viewers.

Newly launched ‘Anaa’ on Hum TV opened up with 6,200 viewers, while ‘Zidd’ at 21:00 proved top on Hum TV with 21,600 viewers.

On the movie front, ‘Raazi’ premiere on ZEE TV delivered 16,800 viewers.
