The first season of ‘The Voice India – Kids’ made a good start in UK ratings on Saturday night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The show debuted with 24,600 viewers at 20:00 – peaking at 41,200 viewers during the 90 minute edition. Film ‘Holiday’ starring Akshay Kumar at 16:00 was in second place with 5,300 viewers, followed by ‘Kanoon Apna Apna’ at 12:00 with 4,900 viewers.

On UMP Movies, the premiere of ‘Kapoor & Sons’ at 21:00 was watched by an impressive 24,500 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 18:00 delivered 117,400 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 114,100 viewers and ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’ at 18:30 with 99,400 viewers.

On Colors, the repeat telecast of ’24 Season 2′ at 23:30 pulled in 16,800 viewers (original at 21:30 could only pull in 1,000 viewers), followed by ‘Ishq Ka Rang Safed’ at 19:30 with 8,600 viewers and ‘Comedy Nights’ at 20:00 with 1,300 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 was watched by 8,500 viewers, followed by ‘Thapki’ at 20:00 with 4,300 viewers and ‘Phulwa’ at 19:00 with 1,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Akbari Asghari’ at 21:00 pulled in 35,500 viewers, followed by ‘Laaj’ at 20:00 with 16,700 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Thoda Sa Aasman’ at 20:00 fetched 3,800 viewers, followed by ‘Noor Jehan’ at 22:00 with 1,900 viewers and ‘Shaam Dhalay’ at 19:00 with 1,000 viewers.

On SAB TV, film ‘3 Idiots’ at 20:00 raked in 20,800 viewers, followed by ‘Bas Itna Sa Khwab Hai’ at 13:30 with 1,800 viewers.
