India’s latest singing reality show ‘The Voice India’ made a decent start in UK ratings last night on &TV.

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘The Voice India’ was the most watched during prime time on the channel with 12,700 viewers – peaking at 27,600 viewers. Ratings for the show are expected to increase as it progresses to the next step in the singing competition. Repeat telecast of ‘Badii Devrani’ at 18:00 was in second with 13,700 viewers and the next repeat at 19:00 pulled in 8,200 viewers. Social series ‘Tujhse Naraaz Nahi Zindagi’ in its new time slot of 20:00 struggled with an average of just 600 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ stayed top with 79,200 viewers, followed by ‘Nisha Aur Uske Cousins’ at 20:30 with 64,800 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 63,300 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Code Red’ at 22:30 brought in 29,900 viewers, followed by ‘India’s Got Talent’ with 21,100 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Mol’ at 20:00 was top with 37,200 viewers, followed by ‘Mera Naseeb’ in second with 37,200 viewers.
