Overnights: ‘The Voice India’ final tops Sunday in UK

The first season of hit reality show ‘The Voice India’ bowed out on top in UK ratings last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The finale, which aired between 20:00 and 22:15 was watched by 36,400 viewers – peaking at 66,800 viewers, followed by movie ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’ at 22:55 with 17,000 viewers and movie ‘Heroine’ at 16:00 with 9,200 viewers. ‘India Poochega Sabse Shaana Kaun’ at 19:00 was watched by 7,100 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Dance +’ was top with 30,800 viewers, followed by ‘Gulmohar Grand’ at 22:00 with 25,100 viewers and ‘Dance + Get Set Go’ at 19:30 with 14,300 viewers. Movie ‘Bombay Velvet’ at 16:30 attracted 10,100 viewers.

On Colors, The Anupam Kher Show’ took lead with 25,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ at 22:30 with 17,600 viewers and ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ at 21:00 with 17,100 viewers. ‘Desi Beat’ at 19:30 pulled in 12,600 viewers.

On Zing, movie ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ at 20:30 was top with 22,100 viewers. New show ‘Look Who’s Talking’ at 19:30 could only muster in fewer than 1,000 viewers. ‘The Film Show’ at 20:00 rated zero.

On SAB TV, ‘Comedy Superstar’ was top with 11,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by movie ‘3 Idiots’ at 21:00 with 9,900 viewers and movie ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ at 15:00 with 8,600 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Kaisay Tum Say Kahoon’ at 20:00 took lead with 35,100 viewers, followed by ‘Yahan Pyar Nahi Hai’ at 21:00 with 30,200 viewers.
