Overnights: ‘The Voice India’ eclipses ‘Jhalak’ on Saturday

The penultimate episode of ‘The Voice India’ was a ratings winner in the UK last night after beating ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The singing reality show ‘The Voice India’, which broadcasts on &TV pulled in 40,100 viewers between 21:00 and 23:00 last night – peaking at 57,500 viewers. ‘Tujhse Naraaz Nahi Zindagi’ at 20:00 brought in 18,300 viewers and ‘India Poochega Sabse Shaana Kaun’ at 19:00 with 7,600 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ at 21:00 drew in 32,200 viewers. However, it was ‘Ishq Ka Rang Safed’ at 20:30 that topped ratings on the channel with 40,600 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Thapki’ took lead with 21,500 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Nail Polish’ at 19:30 with 2,900 viewers and ‘Dariba Diaries’ at 21:00 with fewer than 1,000 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Tu Mera Hero’ in its new slot topped ratings with 54,800 viewers at 22:00, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 51,000 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 47,600 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Mol’ was top with 39,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Yahan Pyar Nahi Hai’ at 21:00 with 28,200 viewers and ‘Mr Shamim’ at 19:30 with 21,500 viewers. Telefilm ‘Kuch Iss Tara’ at 22:00 raked in 18,000 viewers.
