Overnights: ‘Tamanna’ increases viewership on Friday

‘Tamanna’ on Star Plus

Star Plus’ new fiction ‘Tamanna’ has steadily been increasing its ratings, with over 100k viewers tuning in on Friday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The show, which airs at 21:30 in the UK was watched by 112,200 viewers – nearly double than what it has normally been delivering since it launched last month. The show peaked to 122,200 viewers during the course of the 30-minutes. However, it was no match for ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’, which remained top of the table with 185,900 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 135,700 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 21:00 with 133,200 viewers. ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 18:00 was in fourth with 113,900 viewers.

Colors remained on the lower side of ratings with only ‘Ishq Ka Rang Safed’ fetching over 20,000 viewers. It was watched by 27,200 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Swaragini’ at 21:00 with 16,000 viewers and ‘Ashoka’ at 22:00 with 4,300 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Thapki’ was watched by 50,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Pabband Ishq’ at 21:30 with 30,900 viewers and ‘Kasam’ at 20:30 with 29,400 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ at 20:00 delivered 17,600 viewers, followed by ‘Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls’ at 18:00 with 7,200 viewers and ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 20:30 with 5,000 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Sehra Main Safar’ pulled in 98,900 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Maan’ at 20:00 with 69,800 viewers and ‘Ishq-e-Benaam’ at 19:30 with 20,600 viewers. Special ‘Tribute To Farida Khanam’ at 22:00 was watched by 12,500 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Sila Aur Jannat’ raked in 22,800 viewers, followed by ‘Ek Kasam Reh Gaee’ at 20:00 with 14,400 viewers.
