Overnights: Star Plus witnesses huge surge on Friday in UK

Star Plus had one of its biggest primetime ratings in the UK last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The channel witnessed a huge surge with most of the shows crossing the 150k mark between 18:00 – 21:30. The top rated show in the UK last night was ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ with an impressive 191,900 viewers – peaking at 212,800 viewers. ‘Mere Angne Mein’ also did incredibly well with 177,900 viewers, followed by ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 154,400 viewers and ‘Naamkarann’ at 21:00 with 153,500 viewers. ‘Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil’ slid but climbed up in UK ratings with 153,200 viewers at 20:00.

On Colors, ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’ at 21:00 pulled in 4,700 viewers, followed by ‘Shakti’ at 20:00 with 4,400 viewers and ‘Swabhimaan’ at 21:30 with 3,900 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 led with 39,200 viewers, followed by ‘Kairi’ at 19:00 with 19,300 viewers and ‘Madhubala’ at 19:30 with 18,800 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ was watched by 37,500 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi’ at 19:30 with 2,700 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Dil Banjara’ at 20:00 led with 32,300 viewers, followed by ‘Sangsaar’ at 19:00 with 23,400 viewers and ‘Jithani’ at 19:30 with 19,800 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Manjdhar’ at 21:00 led with 8,500 viewers, followed by ‘Mannat’ at 20:00 with 3,800 viewers.
