Overnights: Star Plus & &TV rule Sunday ratings in UK

Star Plus remained the UK’s most watched Asian TV channel on Sunday, while &TV stayed strong at No.2, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus delivered a share of 0.11%, compared to &TV with 0.06% and Sony Entertainment Television and Colors joint third with 0.05% share.

Star Plus’ ‘India’s Next Superstars’ got its biggest ratings of the season with 69,800 viewers at 20:00, followed by movie ‘Baadshaho’ at 21:30 with 22,800 viewers and ‘Housefull 3’ at 17:00 with 11,700 viewers.

&TV’s movie line-up get the channel high with ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’ at 13:00 pulling in 20,100 viewers, followed by ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ at 17:00 with 12,000 viewers and ‘The Voice India – Kids’ at 19:30 with 9,400 viewers.

Sony TV did well with ‘Super Dancer’ at 20:00 on top. It was watched by 24,700 viewers, followed by ‘CID’ at 16:00 with 15,200 viewers and ‘Super Dancer’ repeat at 19:00 with 9,500 viewers.

Colors’ was higher than normal with ‘Rising Star’ raking in 25,300 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Desi Beat’ at 19:30 with 21,700 viewers and ‘Rising Star’ repeat at 17:30 with 16,000 viewers.

B4U Movies was next with a share of 0.04% with movie ‘No Entry’ at 18:45 pulling in 20,700 viewers.

Geo TV also got the same share with ‘Shayad’ at 11:30 pulling in 15,200 viewers, followed by ‘Ghar Titli Ka Par’ at 17:30 with 11,600 viewers.

Hum TV slipped to a share of 0.02% with ‘Tumhari Maryum’ raking in 25,600 viewers. Star Bharat, PTC Punjabi and Sony SAB TV also drew a share of 0.02%.

ZEE TV managed to attract a share of 0.01% with movie ‘Qarib Qarib Singlle’ at 13:00 pulling in 5,000 viewers. ‘Dance India Dance 6’ Grand Finale could only muster in 1,700 viewers at 19:00.

Hum Masala also fetched a share of 0.01%.
