Overnights: Star Plus tops on Thursday in UK; Sony TV close behind

The fight between Star Plus and Sony Entertainment Television continued to intensify, with the gap between the two channels shrinking, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus dominated with a share of 0.16%, followed by Sony TV with 0.14%, PTC Punjabi with 0.11%, Hum TV with 0.06%, Colors Rishtey with 0.05%, Star Gold and Dunya News with 0.04%, ZEE TV, ARY Family, Venus TV and Geo TV with 0.03% and Colors with 0.02%.

Star Plus’ biggest attractions were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 80,100 viewers, followed by ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 58,000 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 52,500 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 42,500 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 37,900 viewers, ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 20:00 with 37,500 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 32,100 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Crime Patrol’ led with 47,100 viewers at 22:00, followed by ‘Patiala Babes’ at 21:00 with 43,600 viewers and ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:30 with 33,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Dil Naz Naseeb Wali’ topped ratings with 13,300 viewers at midnight, followed by ‘Is Dil Ki Aisi Ki Taisi’ at 14:00 with 6,700 viewers and ‘Vespa Girl’ at 16:00 with 5,700 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Hum Chalay Aaye’ led with 7,200 viewers at 18:00 over the two hour broadcast.

On ARY Family, ‘Bulbulay’ was biggest show with 21,400 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ pulled in 22,300 viewers at 18:30.

On Colors, ‘Sitaara’ stayed ahead with 9,300 viewers at 23:00.
