Overnights: Star Plus tops Monday in UK; ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ breaks record

Star Plus returned to the No.1 position in UK ratings on Monday, while ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ was the No.1 show with a huge surge, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus delivered a share of 0.12%, followed by Sony TV and New Vision TV with 0.10%, Aaj Tak with 0.07% Star Gold and Colors with 0.05%, Sony MAX, Venus TV, Republic Bharat and Colors Rishtey with 0.04%, ARY Family with 0.03%, Hum TV, Star Bharat, Colors Cineplex, NDTV 24×7, Foodxp and Geo TV with 0.02%, ZEE TV with 0.01%.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ thrashed all opposition with a huge surge. It was watched by a record 88,900 viewers at 19:30 – the biggest ever audience. ‘Shakti’ at 20:00 was a distant No.2 with 28,100 viewers.

Star Plus’ top attractions on Monday were ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 19:00 with 33,200 viewers, followed by ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 32,600 viewers, ‘Mahabharat’ at 18:00 with 28,200 viewers, ‘Saathiya’ at 13:30 with 23,100 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 18,300 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 with 15,000 viewers and ‘Anupamaa’ at 20:00 with 11,700 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Crime Patrol’ led with 35,600 viewers at 22:00, followed by ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ at 21:00 with 14,300 viewers, ‘Crime Patrol’ at 15:45 with 13,100 viewers and ‘Patiala Babes’ at 21:30 with 12,900 viewers.

On Colors Rishtey, ‘Barrister Babu’ was top show with 20,900 viewers at 20:30.

On Hum TV, ‘Tum Ho Waja’ led with 15,900 viewers at 20:00.

On ZEE TV, ‘Jodha Akbar’ topped ratings with 5,100 viewers.
