Overnights: Star Plus takes marginal lead over Sony TV on Tuesday in UK

Star Plus remained the UK’s most watched Asian TV channel on Tuesday, with a marginal lead over rival, Sony Entertainment Television, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus’ share delivered 0.12%, followed by Sony TV with 0.09%, New Vision TV with 0.08%, Hum TV and ZEE Cinema with 0.06%, PTC Punjabi with 0.05%, Colors Rishtey and Sony SAB TV with 0.04%, Venus TV with 0.03%, ARY Family, Geo TV, Colors and ZEE TV with 0.02%.

Star Plus’ biggest attractions were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 68,400 viewers, followed by ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 42,400 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 33,200 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 25,700 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 17,600 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Ladies Special’ topped ratings with 45,800 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:00 with 32,600 viewers and ‘Patiala Babes’ at 21:00 with 31,600 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘De Ijaazat Jo Tu’ at 21:00 led with 36,300 viewers, followed by ‘Bharam’ at 22:00 with 12,100 viewers and ‘Mere Humdum’ at 20:00 with 10,400 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Jhansi Ki Rani’ was most watched with 8,700 viewers at 22:30, followed by ‘Kesari Nandan’ repeat at 23:30 with 8,100 viewers and ‘Silsila’ at 22:00 with 6,700 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ proved the channel driver with 10,300 viewers, followed by ‘Ye Teri Galiyaan’ at 17:30 with 9,400 viewers and ‘Rajaa Betaa’ at 18:00 with 7,200 viewers.

On ARY Family, ‘Bulbulay’ at 11:00 attracted 7,800 viewers, followed by ‘Barfi Laddoo’ at 11:30 with 5,300 viewers.
