Overnights: Star Plus stays top on Tuesday; Hum TV & Star Bharat next

Star Plus remained the UK’s No.1 Asian TV channel on Tuesday, despite its share remaining on the below average side, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The channel delivered a share of 0.14%, extending its gap from No.2 rival, Hum TV, which garnered 0.11%. Star Plus’ most dependable show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ continued to lead with 85,500 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 71,500 viewers and ‘Ishqbaaaz’ at 20:00 with 66,900 viewers.

Hum TV’s top performers were ‘Adhan-e-Asr’ at 17:00 with 24,000 viewers, followed by ‘Suno Chanda’ at 18:00 with 21,400 viewers and ‘Sirat-e-Mustaqeem’ at 17:15 with 19,200 viewers.

Star Bharat jumped to No.3 with a share of 0.06% with ‘Savdhaan India’ pulling in 21,500 viewers and ‘Jiji Maa’ attracting 20,000 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television raked in a share of 0.05% with ‘Dus Ka Dum’ on top.

ZEE TV and Colors delivered a share of 0.03% each.

Dunya News fetched a share of 0.06%, making it the top South Asian news channel on Tuesday.
