Overnights: Star Plus stays top on Thursday; Hum TV closes-in

Star Plus remained triumphed in UK ratings on Thursday, while Hum TV got closer to the top position, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus delivered a share of 0.14%, followed closely by Hum TV with 0.11%, NDTV 24×7 with 0.10%, Sony Entertainment Television and Aaj Tak with 0.07%, New Vision TV and ABP News with 0.06%, PTC Punjabi and Geo TV with 0.05%, ZEE TV with 0.03%, ARY Family and Colors with 0.02%.

While Indian news channels benefited from the India elections coverage, Star Plus remained ahead. The channel’s top attractions were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 48,300 viewers, ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 36,000 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 35,800 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 32,100 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 28,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Suno Chanda’ remained top with 57,700 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Meer Aabroo’ at 22:45 with 24,900 viewers and ‘Iftaar Package’ at 21:00 with 21,900 viewers. Earlier, ‘Aangan’ at 19:30 pulled in 16,500 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Ladies Special’ was watched by 37,000 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Patiala Babes’ at 21:00 with 34,800 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Mera Rab Waris’ raked in 18,400 viewers at 21:00, followed by an earlier episode at 20:00 with 17,500 viewers and ‘Saiban’ at 19:00 with 14,100 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ led with 16,500 viewers at 18:30.
