Overnights: Star Plus stays top; Hum TV follows behind

Star Plus remained the UK’s most watched Asian TV channel on Tuesday, while Hum TV was steady at No.2, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus’ share remained lower than previous weeks with 0.15%. Its top rated shows on Tuesday were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 106,600 viewers, followed by ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 84,900 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 18:00 with 55,800 viewers.

Hum TV recorded a share of 0.11% with ‘Thori Si Wafa’ repeat at 10:30 pulling in 42,800 viewers, followed by ‘Alif Allah Aur Insan’ at 20:00 with 39,400 viewers and repeat of ‘La Hasil’ at 11:00 with 37,200 viewers.

Colors and ZEE TV raked in a share of 0.04%. ‘Bigg Boss 11’ topped Colors ratings with 44,300 viewers, while ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ at 20:00 fetched 18,700 viewers on ZEE TV, followed by ‘Jeet Gayi Toh Piya Morey’ at 21:00 with 17,300 viewers and ‘Kundali Bhagya’ at 20:30 with 16,100 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television was next with a share of 0.03%. Its top rated shows were ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 23,300 viewers, followed by ‘Rishta Hum Likhenge Naya’ at 21:00 with 17,500 viewers and ‘Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai’ at 22:30 with 11,400 viewers.

Geo TV delivered a share of 0.02% with ‘Mera Haq’ at 19:00 pulling in 12,700 viewers.

ARY Family stayed at zero share.
