Overnights: Star Plus stays firm at No.1; Sony TV returns to No.2

After BritAsia TV dislodged Sony Entertainment Television from the No.2 position on Monday, it bounced back, while Star Plus stayed top in Tuesday’s ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus’ share was at 0.14%, followed by Sony TV with 0.12%, BritAsia TV and Sony SAB TV with 0.08%, Hum TV, New Vision TV and Sony MAX 2 with 0.06%, PTC Punjabi with 0.05%, ZEE Cinema, Hum Masala, Colors and Colors Rishtey with 0.03%, Geo TV and ZEE TV with 0.02%.

Top attractions on Star Plus were ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 55,300 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 49,000 viewers, ‘Sanjivani’ at 19:00 with 47,400 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 42,800 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 39,400 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 18:00 with 26,800 viewers, ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 10,600 viewers and ‘Nazar’ at 23:30 with 10,300 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 11’at 21:00 topped ratings with 58,200 viewers, followed by ‘Patiala Babes’ at 20:30 with 36,500 viewers, ‘Crime Patrol’ at 23:00 with 23,100 viewers and ‘Tara From Satara’ at 22:30 with 19,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Pakeeza’ was most watched with 15,000 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Main Na Janu’ at 20:00 with 11,400 viewers and ‘Soya Mera Naseeb’ at 19:30 with 7,900 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ pulled in 22,100 viewers at 19:30.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ was watched by 11,300 viewers at 18:30.
