Overnights: Star Plus stays ahead at No.1; Geo TV climbs to No.2

Star Plus remained the UK’s most watched Asian TV channel on Friday, while Geo TV jumped to the second spot, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus delivered a share of 0.14%, followed by Geo TV with 0.08%, Hum TV, Sony TV, PTC Punjabi and Star Bharat with 0.07%, Dunya News with 0.06%, ZEE Cinema and Colors Rishtey with 0.05%, ZEE TV and Colors with 0.04%, New Vision TV with 0.03% and ARY Family with 0.02%.

On Star Plus, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ returned to the No.1 spot on Friday with 49,700 viewers, followed closely behind by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ with 49,600 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 33,000 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 28,200 viewers, ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 26,800 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 25,200 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Ay Dil Tu Bata’ at 22:00 was watched by 29,900 viewers, followed by ‘Saiban’ at 22:30 with 19,200 viewers and ‘Ay Dil Tu Bata’ at 21:30 with 17,000 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Suno Chanda’ stayed strong with 55,700 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Iftaar Package’ at 21:00 with 16,300 viewers and ‘Jaal’ with 13,500 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Mere Sai’ was top show with 37,900 viewers, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ with 34,000 viewers at 21:30 and ‘Patiala Babes’ at 21:00 with 26,100 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ was top show with 16,900 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Silsila’ led with 29,800 viewers at 22:00.
