Overnights: Star Plus & Star Gold ride high on Wednesday in UK

Star Plus and Star Gold clinched the No.1 and No.2 slots in UK ratings on Wednesday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus recorded a share of 0.18% with ‘Dil Sambhal Ja Zara’ taking the No.1 position for the first time. It was watched by 101,000 viewers at 22:00, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 88,000 viewers and ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 80,200 viewers.

Geo TV was in second place with its biggest share til date. The channel registered a share of 0.08%. It got the highest primetime ratings with ‘Main Akeli’ at 22:00 with 82,700 viewers, followed by ‘Bedardi Saiyan’ at 20:00 with 64,400 viewers.

Star Gold was in third place with a share of 0.07% with ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ at 20:00 pulling in 16,400 viewers, followed by ‘Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya’ at 17:00 with 11,100 viewers.

Hum Masala raked in a share of 0.06% with ‘Tarka’ at 20:00 with 26,300 viewers and ‘Handi’ at 21:00 with 24,600 viewers.

B4U Movies impressed with a share of 0.05%. Its top film was ‘Khoobsurat’ at 13:15 with 17,400 viewers and ‘Aitraaz’ at 16:00 with 11,700 viewers.

Colors was next with a share of 0.04% with ‘Bigg Boss 11’ at 21:00, which delivered 23,000 viewers and ‘Tu Aashiqui’ at 20:30 with 18,700 viewers.

Hum TV and Sony Entertainment Television registered a share of 0.03%. ‘Mein Maa Nahi Bana Chahti Hoon’ at 22:00 was watched by 30,400 viewers on Hum TV, while ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 30,600 viewers.

ZEE TV registered a zero share again.
