Overnights: Star Plus, Sony TV & Hum TV competition intensifies on Friday

The competition for the No.1 position intensified after Star Plus, Sony Entertainment Television and Hum TV were neck-and-neck in Friday’s UK ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus was ahead with a share of 0.12%, followed by Sony TV with 0.10%, Hum TV with 0.09%, PTC Punjabi with 0.07%, New Vision TV and Colors Rishtey with 0.04%, Star Bharat, Sony SAB TV, Venus TV and ZEE TV with 0.03% and Colors and Geo TV with 0.02%.

Top attractions on Star Plus were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 51,900 viewers, followed by ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 31,800 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 27,900 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ (repeat) at 23:00 with 25,800 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 22,000 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 18,700 viewers, ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 18,200 viewers, ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 16,400 viewers, ‘Nazar’ at 22:30 with 12,000 viewers. ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ dropped to 9,000 viewers at 22:00.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ attracted 39,800 viewers, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:30 with 34,900 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:00 with 30,200 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Jaal’ at 21:00 fetched 31,900 viewers, followed by ‘Ishq Zehnaseeb’ at 20:00 with 24,400 viewers and ‘Aangan’ repeat at 22:00 with 21,000 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Rajaa Betaa’ was watched by 14,200 viewers at 18:00, followed by ‘Guddan’ at 18:30 with 11,800 viewers and ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 14:00 with 7,300 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Silsila’ led with 10,600 viewers at 22:00.

On Geo TV, ‘Ay Dil Tu Bata’ at 22:30 pulled in 7,000 viewers.
