After its technical glitch on Tuesday, Star Plus bounced back with a huge surge in its numbers on Wednesday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus delivered a share of 0.20%, followed by Sony Entertainment Television with 0.15%, PTC Punjabi with 0.11%, Hum TV with 0.10%, Star Gold, New Vision TV and Geo TV with 0.08%, Hum Masala with 0.05%, ZEE TV, Sony SAB TV and Colors Rishtey with 0.04%, Star Bharat, B4U Movies and Colors with 0.03%.

Star Plus’ biggest attractions on Wednesday were ‘Sanjivani’ with 66,700 viewers at 19:00. Incidentally, it was lead actress Surbhi Chandna’s birthday on Wednesday also. Others in the pecking order were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 48,600 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 41,300 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 39,300 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 18:00 with 35,800 viewers, ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 34,500 viewers and ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 32,300 viewers.

On Sony Entertainment Television, ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ was the No.1 show overall with a record 71,900 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Patiala Babes’ at 20:30 with 39,500 viewers, ‘Tara From Satara’ at 22:30 with 36,100 viewers at 22:30 and ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:00 with 27,100 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Khaas’ was top show with 26,300 viewers, followed by ‘Soya Mera Naseeb’ at 19:30 with 23,400 viewers and ‘Pakeeza’ at 21:00 with 18,800 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Bharosa Pyar Tera’ at 21:00 fetched 21,600 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ led with 19,100 viewers at 19:30.

On ZEE TV, ‘Punar Vivah’ was watched by 14,600 viewers at 13:30.
