Overnights: Star Plus shines bright at No.1 on Wednesday in UK

Star Plus surged in UK ratings on Wednesday, with its best share for a number of weeks, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The channel’s share more or less doubled on what it achieved on Tuesday. Star Plus stood at a share of 0.24%. It’s biggest show on Wednesday was ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’, which climbed to 123,100 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 18:30 with 76,100 viewers and ‘Mariam Khan’ at 19:00 with 72,700 viewers. Its earlier schedule also did well with ‘Sanjeev Kapoor’s Kitchen’ at 11:30 bringing 30,900 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television also did very well with a share of 0.11% with ‘Zindagi Ke Crossroads’ proving a huge hit. Read here for details.

Hum TV attracted a share of 0.05% with ‘Kaisi Aurat Hun Main’ at 20:00 pulling in 21,000 viewers and ‘Mausam’ at 21:00 with 14,100 viewers.

Hum Masala also did well with a share of 0.04%. Its top show was ‘Tarka’ at 15:00 with 13,700 viewers.

ZEE TV fetched a share of 0.04% with ‘Kaleerein’ doing well with 20,700 viewers.
