Overnights: Star Plus’ ratings drop on Friday but firm at No.1

Star Plus remained on top on Friday, despite its ratings in UK witnessing a fall, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus’ share dropped to 0.21% with channel driver ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ pulling in 80,000 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 79,500 viewers and ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 63,400 viewers. Earlier in the day, ‘Tumhari Paakhi’ led afternoon ratings with 28,500 viewers at 15:00.

Hum TV was placed at No.2 with a share of 0.07%. Its top performer was ‘Parchhayi’ at 21:00 with 38,600 viewers, followed by ‘Maa Sadqay’ at 19:30 with 28,100 viewers and ‘Zun Mureed’ at 20:00 with 22,000 viewers.

NTV Europe stayed strong with a share of 0.05%. Hindi channels Sony Entertainment Television and Colors attracted a share of 0.03% and ZEE TV stood with a share of 0.02%.
