Overnights: Star Plus & Prime TV continue to dominate on Thursday
All Asian TV channels in the UK suffered a decline in their viewership on Thursday except Star Plus and Prime TV, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .
Star Plus accelerated with a share of 0.30% on Thursday after success with shows like ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ with 183,400 viewers, ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ with 135,100 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ with 102,000 viewers.
Prime TV stayed at No.2 owing to its coverage of Pakistan Super League. The channel attracted a share of 0.11%.
Other channels were considerably low including Sony Entertainment Television and Hum Masala with 0.04%, Hum TV with 0.03%, Colors and ZEE TV with 0.02%.
