Star Plus had the edge of its rivals on Sunday in UK ratings with a mixture of fictions, non-fictions and a movie premiere.
According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 delivered 131,500 viewers, followed by ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 104,700 viewers and ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 17:30 with 99,300 viewers. ‘Aaj Ki Raat Hai Zindagi’ did well with 98,000 viewers at 20:00. Urdu fiction ‘Mera Naam Yousuf Hai’ climbed up to 42,900 viewers at 22:00. Movie premiere ‘Hero’ starring Sooraj Pancholi and Aathiya Shetty at 14:30 registered 17,200 viewers – peaking at 36,100 viewers.
On Star Gold, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ at 16:50 was top movie with 16,700 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Naagin’ was back on top with 52,800 viewers at 19:00, followed by ‘Bigg Boss 9’ with 52,700 viewers and ‘Ishq Ka Rang Safed’ at 20:00 with 50,600 viewers. ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ at 22:30 pulled in 24,300 viewers.
On Rishtey, ‘The Anupam Kher Show’ at 20:30 led with 25,500 viewers, followed by ‘Code Red’ at 21:30 with 15,300 viewers and movie ‘Life Partner’ at 16:30 with 5,900 viewers.
On PTC Punjabi, repeat telecast of movie ‘Sardaar Ji’ at 20:00 did well with 26,500 viewers. The movie could have done better if the EPG data showed correct movie at the time of broadcast.
On &TV, movie ‘English Vinglish’ at 16:00 topped ratings with 2,700 viewers, followed by ‘Agent Raghav’ at 21:00 with 1,900 viewers and movie ‘Welcome’ at 12:00 with 1,700 viewers.
On Brit Asia TV, ‘Diljit Dosanjh Live in Concert’ at 17:00 topped ratings with 8,200 viewers, followed by movie ‘Jatt James Bond’ at 21:00 with 3,900 viewers and ‘Touchdown Punjab’ at 20:00 with 3,800 viewers.
On SAB TV, movie ‘Student Of The Year’ at 16:00 raked in 16,100 viewers, followed by movie ‘Anwar’ at 20:00 with 7,100 viewers.
On Hum TV, ‘Mohabbat Subh Ka Sitara Hai’ at 21:00 topped ratings with 79,200 viewers, followed by ‘Abro’ at 20:00 with 63,700 viewers.
On Geo TV, ‘Maikay Ko Dey Do Sandesh’ at 19:30 led with 27,900 viewers, followed by ‘Bashar Momin’ at 21:00 with 3,600 viewers and ‘Ranjish Hi Sahi’ at 20:00 with 1,200 viewers.
On Zing, ‘Look Who’s Talking’ at 19:30 delivered 20,400 viewers, followed by ‘Bollywood Families’ at 19:00 with 12,100 viewers and ‘The Film Show’ with 1,000 viewers.
