Overnights: Star Plus leaps ahead of rivals on Friday in UK

Star Plus jumped ahead of rival channels on Friday in UK ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus delivered a share of 0.17%, ahead of rival Sony TV with 0.12%, followed by Hum TV with 0.11%, Sony SAB TV with 0.08%, BritAsia TV with 0.06%, Star Gold with 0.05%, Colors, ZEE TV and Geo TV with 0.04%, PTC Punjabi, Star Bharat, Sony MAX and Sony MAX 2 with 0.03%.

Star Plus’ top attractions on Friday were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 62,300 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 46,300 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 43,500 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 39,200 viewers, ‘Nazar’ at 22:30 with 36,400 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 35,300 viewers, ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 33,600 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 28,100 viewers and ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 20,700 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ at 21:00 with 44,100 viewers, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:45 with 42,900 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:30 with 39,400 viewers. ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:00 with 30,800 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Ishq Zeh-e-Naseeb’ at 20:00 with 35,600 viewers, followed by ‘Jaal’ at 21:00 delivered 31,300 viewers. ‘Malaal-e-Yaar’ at 11:00 pulled in 18,100 viewers.

On Sony SAB TV, movie ‘Kites’ attracted 19,200 viewers – making it the most watched film on Friday.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ at 19:30 was watched by 14,900 viewers, followed by ‘Bahu Begum’ at 22:00 with 13,300 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Man Mohini’ at 22:00 was top show with 19,600 viewers.
