Overnights: Star Plus leads on Wednesday; Hum TV & Sony MAX follow

Star Plus remained the ultimate leader in UK Asian TV ratings on Wednesday, while Hum TV, Sony MAX and ZEE TV added viewers, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus’ share stood at 0.23% with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ in pole position. It was watched by 112,800 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 90,100 viewers and ‘Chakravyuh’ at 20:00 with 84,600 viewers. ‘Ishqbaaaz’ climbed to fourth with 65,000 viewers.

Hum TV was in second place with a share of 0.08%. Its top rated shows on Wednesday were ‘Mere Meherbaan’ at 21:00 with 40,000 viewers, followed by ‘Mein Maa Nahi Bana Chahti Hoon’ at 22:00 with 31,500 viewers and ‘Maa Sadqay’ at 19:30 with 24,700 viewers.

Sony MAX was joint third with ZEE TV with a share of 0.06%. Sony MAX’s top performers were ‘Aradhana’ at 13:15 with 14,100 viewers, followed by ‘Ajnabee’ at 07:30 with 10,900 viewers.

ZEE TV’s top shows were ‘Kundali Bhagya’ at 19:30 with 28,400 viewers, followed by ‘Kaleerein’ at 21:30 with 26,900 viewers and ‘Aap Ke Aa Jane Se’ at 21:00 with 24,700 viewers.

Geo TV pulled in a share of 0.05% with ‘Mujhe Kuch Kenha Hai’ at 18:00 with 16,500 viewers, followed by new show ‘Khalish’ at 20:00 with 9,600 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television and PTC Punjabi clocked up a share of 0.04% each. Sony TV’s top show was ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 47,400 viewers.

Rishtey, B4U Movies and Sony SAB TV attracted a share of 0.03% and Colors, Hum Masala and Star Bharat with 0.02%.
