Star Plus dominated UK ratings on Saturday but only just! Competition from rival, Sony Entertainment Television intensified with a just a 0.01% share separating the two, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The top rated shows on Star Plus on Saturday were ‘Dream Girl’ re-run at 14:00 with 47,600 viewers, followed by ‘ Tumhari Paakhi’ re-run at 15:00 with 40,400 viewers, ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ re-run at 14:30 with 29,400 viewers. During the evening, ‘Dance+ 4’ led with 27,300 viewers and ‘Kanpur Waale Khuranas’ at 21:30 with 10,500 viewers.
On Sony TV, ‘Super Dancer 3’ opened up with 27,700 viewers, followed by ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 with 18,700 viewers and ‘Best of Crime Patrol’ at 23:00 with 14,400 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Desi Beat’ attracted 33,600 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Bigg Boss 12’ at 21:00 with 28,400 viewers and ‘India’s Got Talent 8’ at 22:00 with 15,900 viewers.
On Hum TV, repeat of ‘Band Khirkiyan’ led with 26,100 viewers at 14:00, followed by ‘Ranjha Ranjha Kardi’ at 20:00 with 11,200 viewers, followed by the show’s repeat at 17:00 with 11,000 viewers.
On ZEE TV, movie ‘Barsaat’ pulled in 13,700 viewers, followed by comedy ‘Uff Yeh Nadaniyaan’ with 13,400 viewers and ‘Fear Files’ at 21:30 with 8,800 viewers.
