Overnights: Star Plus extends lead on Monday; Hum TV distant No.2

Star Plus extended its lead at the No.1 position in UK ratings on Monday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The channel’s share surged to 0.26% with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ topping the ratings with 102,200 viewers, followed by ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 94,000 viewers and ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ was in third with 91,500 viewers. ‘Naamkarann’ was placed at No.4 with 82,700 viewers. The channel’s afternoon schedule has also been working a treat with ‘Tumhari Paakhi’ attracting 25,800 viewers at 15:00 and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 14:30 with 25,700 viewers.

Hum TV was at No.2 with a share of 0.06%. Its top rated shows were ‘De Ijaazat’ at 22:00 with 46,100 viewers, followed by ‘Naseebon Jali’ repeat at 23:00 with 16,900 viewers and ‘Kankar’ at 21:00 with 16,400 viewers.

B4U Movies moved up to No.3 with a share of 0.05%. Its top film was ‘Don 2’ with 16,700 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television registered a share of 0.04% and Hum Masala delivered a share of 0.03%. Colors and Living Foodz registered a share of 0.02%. ZEE TV raked in 0.01% share.
