Overnights: Star Plus excels; Hum TV & Sony TV climb

Star Plus sprung ahead in UK ratings on Monday, while Hum TV and Sony TV climbed up further, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus delivered a share of 0.22% with ‘Ty Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ on top. It pulled in 127,200 viewers at 19:00, followed by ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 18:00 with 114,900 viewers and ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 111,200 viewers.

Hum TV was at No.2 with a share of 0.09%. Its top performers on Monday were ‘Mere Meherbaan’ at 21:00 with 33,600 viewers, followed by ‘De Ijaazat’ at 22:00 with 23,600 viewers and ‘Maa Sadqay’ repeat at 23:30 with 22,500 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television and Geo TV fetched a share of 0.04%. Sony’s top shows were ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 20,700 viewers, followed by ‘Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya’ at 21:00 with 18,400 viewers. Geo TV’s top show on Monday was ‘Khaani’ at 20:00 with 30,500 viewers.

Hum Masala was next with a share of 0.03%, followed by Rishtey and Colors with 0.02%.

ZEE TV was back down to a share of 0.01%. Its new show ‘Kaleerein’ opened up with 6,500 viewers at 21:30.
