Overnights: Star Plus excels in Friday ratings with ‘YHM’ & ‘Naamkarann’

Despite competition from rival channels, Star Plus remained the clear leader in UK ratings on Friday with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ and ‘Naamkarann’ boosting the channel, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 was top with 152,900 viewers, followed by ‘Naamkarann’ at 21:00 with 126,000 viewers, ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon – Season 3’ at 20:00 with 113,200 viewers and ‘Chakravyuh’ at 18:00 with 100,400 viewers. Others that followed were ‘Chandra Nandini’ at 20:30 with 95,700 viewers, ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 83,000 viewers and ‘Ishqbaaaz’ with 44,500 viewers at 21:30.

On Colors, ‘Swabhimaan’ at 21:30 attracted 13,100 viewers, followed by ‘Savitri Devi College & Hospital’ at 22:30 with 11,900 viewers and ‘Shakti’ at 20:00 with 8,300 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ at 21:00 was watched by 25,400 viewers, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:30 with 11,000 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Piyaa Albela’ at 20:00 attracted 6,300 viewers, followed by ‘Kundali Bhagya’ at 21:30 with 5,700 viewers and ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ at 21:00 with 4,000 viewers.

On Hum Masala, ‘Evening With Shireen’ at 17:00 pulled in 43,700 viewers, followed by ‘Mehboob’s Kitchen’ at 18:00 with 38,500 viewers and ‘Delhi Ka Dastarkhwan’ at 23:00 with 24,100 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Thori Si Wafa’ at 19:30 attracted 32,000 viewers, followed by ‘Neelum Kinaray’ at 21:00 with 26,800 viewers and ‘Oh Rungreza’ at 20:00 with 23,500 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Khan’ was watched by 15,900 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Tere Bina’ at 22:00 with 11,100 viewers and ‘Mohabbat Tumse Nafrat Hain’ at 20:00 with 9,100 viewers.

On Prime TV, Independence Cup 2017 at 14:30 pulled in 21,100 viewers, while the repeat at 21:05 with 3,600 viewers.
