Star Plus dominated UK ratings on Bank Holiday Monday by taking a clear lead at the top, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
Star Plus’ share was up to 0.19%, a big lead over its rivals. The second placed broadcaster on Monday was Sony Entertainment Television and Hum TV with 0.06%, ZEE TV, ARY Family, Colors, New Vision TV, Colors Rishtey and Star Gold with 0.04% and Geo TV with 0.02%.
Star Plus’ biggest attractions on Monday were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 83,900 viewers, followed by ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 71,700 viewers, ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 20:00 with 62,400 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 56,300 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 55,100 viewers, ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 46,600 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 36,700 viewers. ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ remained low with 19,700 viewers – lower than re-runs of ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon’ (23,500 viewers) and ‘Veera’ (19,000 viewers).
On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ at 21:00 fetched 43,300 viewers, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:30 with 35,200 viewers and ‘Maayke’ at 17:30 with 19,600 viewers.
On Hum TV, ‘Suno Chanda’ topped ratings with 29,000 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Siraat-e-Mustaqeem’ at 20:30 with 13,400 viewers and ‘Mannchalay’ with 13,200 viewers at 18:30.
On ZEE TV, ‘Rajaa Betaa’ led with 23,800 viewers at 18:00, followed by ‘Guddan’ at 18:30 with 22,100 viewers.
