‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ on Star Plus

The UK’s most watched Asian entertainment channel, Star Plus, continued to consolidate its position, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ held on to the No.1 position on Friday and Saturday with a peak of around 200k viewers. On Saturday, the show brought in 143,100 viewers and on Saturday, it was watched by 170,200 viewers. ‘Saathiya’ was in second place with 99,200 viewers on Friday and a further 133,400 viewers on Saturday. Last night, the channel’s other shows such as ‘Dahleez’ (94,800 viewers), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (81,500 viewers) and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ (80,300 viewers) also did well.

On Colors, ‘Ishq Ka Rang Safed’ at 19:30 was in pole position on Friday with 5,000 viewers. However, on Saturday, ‘India’s Got Talent’ at 22:30 pulled in 10,200 viewers taking the top spot. Earlier, ‘Comedy Nights Live’ repeat at 20:00 pulled in 9,100 viewers. The original ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’ at midnight was watched by 7,400 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Uttaran’ led on Friday night with 12,000 viewers at 18:30 and ‘Phulwa’ next at 19:00 with 11,900 viewers. On Saturday, movie ‘Ashoka’ attracted 11,200 viewers and ‘Phulwa’ at 19:00 fetched 4,100 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ topped Friday ratings with 12,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Waaris’ at 18:30 with 9,400 viewers and ‘Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum’ at 21:00 with 9,000 viewers. On Saturday, movie ‘Prem Deewane’ at 12:00 pulled in 5,200 viewers, followed by ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ at 20:00 with 2,400 viewers and movie ‘Gulaab Gang’ at 21:30 attracted 1,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Dharkan’ was top show with 11,300 viewers at 22:00, followed by ‘Sawab’ at 21:30. On Saturday, ‘Akbari Asghari’ at 22:00 raked in 11,300 viewers, followed by ‘Sawab’ at 21:30 with 10,500 viewers. ‘Iftaar Package’ at 21:00 drew in 6,600 viewwers.

On Geo TV, ‘Ifaar Transmission’ led on both Friday and Saturday with 21,100 viewers and 13,500 viewers respectively.
