Star Plus registered record high ratings last night between the 18:00 – 19:00 slot, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
The slot, which has been growing gradually saw ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon – Ek Baar Phir’ pull in 116,900 viewers, while the next show at 18:30 ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’ just behind with 113,000 viewers. So, while the channel is proving a huge hit in the regular primetime schedule, it is now extending that lead outside the prime hours. The top show on Star Plus last night was ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ with 142,700 viewers.
On Colors, the penultimate episode of ‘Uttaran’ at 22:00 topped ratings with 111,000 viewers, followed by ‘Bigg Boss Halla Bol’ at 21:00 with 110,400 viewers and ‘Udaan’ at 20:00 bringing in 44,100 viewers.
On Rishtey, ‘Meri Aashiqui’ was top with 59,300 viewers, followed by ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ and ‘Parichay’ both pulling in 32,300 viewers.
On Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ stayed top with 28,300 viewers, followed by ‘Mahakumbh’ with 16,300 viewers at 20:00.
On Hum TV Europe, ‘Badi Aapa’ at 21:00 ruled ratings with 43,300 viewers, followed by ‘Mehram’ at 20:00 with 26,300 viewers.
