Overnights: Star Plus bounces back; Rishtey falls

'SaraswatiChandra' tops Tuesday ratings

Star Plus bounced back up in the ratings last night, while Rishtey witnessed a decline and Colors was not far behind either, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

Tuesday night data shows ‘SaraswatiChandra’ on Star Plus return to the top with 142,000 viewers – peaking at 161,000 viewers, followed by ‘Saathiya’ with 140,800 viewers and ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ at 20:00 with 134,400 viewers.

On Rishtey, the highest rated show on the channel was ‘Meri Aashiqui’ at 20:30 with just 17,600 viewers, while ‘Parichay’ fell to 12,400 viewers at 20:00 (repeat at 22:00 attracted 9,900 viewers) and ‘Laado’ at 21:00 with 9,500 viewers.

Sister channel, Colors did not perform any better. Its top show on th channel was ‘Rangrasiya’ with 17,000 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Uttaran’ with 14,500 viewers at 22:00 and ‘BeIntehaa’ in third with 6,700 viewers.

On Pakistani channel, Hum Europe, the most watched show was ‘Dhol Bajnay Lagga’ at 16:00 with 10,500 viewers. The primetime shows were affected due to the extended Ramadan programming. ‘Jashne Ramadan’ at 18:30 until 21:00 averaged with 1,900 viewers. The Iftari strand at 21:00 raked in 2,100 viewers. Fiction ‘Is Bhool Ki Maafi Nahi’ at 21:30 attracted 3,400 viewers and ”Main Na Manu Haar’ at 22:30 pulled in 3,200 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Nadaan Parindey’ was top with 11,000 viewers, followed by ‘Savdhaan India’ at 22:30 delivered 10,400 viewers and ‘Ek Boond Ishq’ next with 8,400 viewers.
