Overnights: Star Gold & Star Plus stay top in UK on Wednesday

Star Gold and Star Plus remained the two most watched Asian TV channels in the UK market on Wednesday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Gold was top with a share of 0.19%, followed by Star Plus with 0.13%, New Vision TV with 0.08%, Sony Entertainment Television and Geo TV with 0.07%, Hum Masala with 0.05%, Hum TV, Venus TV and Geo News with 0.04%, Sony SAB TV and ZEE TV with 0.03%, Colors with 0.02%.

Star Gold’s coverage of the IPL 2019 match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kings XI Punjab attracted 51,200 viewers. The repeat telecast of the match at 19:15 pulled in 11,800 viewers. The 30-minute highlights package on Star Plus at 23:00 raked in 6,500 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 delivered 48,100 viewers, followed by ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 42,000 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 39,300 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 35,900 viewers, ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 20:00 with 27,900 viewers, ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 23,200 viewers, ‘Nazar’ at 22:30 with 14,800 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 14,100 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 10,400 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ attracted 46,100 viewers, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:30 with 36,400 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ with 17,300 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Qaid’ fetched 35,100 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Seerat’ at 21:00 with 22,100 viewers and ‘Saibaan’ at 19:00 with 15,200 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Meer Aabroo’ at 22:00 pulled in 11,300 viewers, followed by ‘Janam Jali’ at 21:00 with 8,900 viewers.

On ZEE TV, re-run of ‘Punar Vivah’ stayed top with 14,300 viewers, followed by ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ at 21:30 with 11,500 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Silsila’ was top show with 7,900 viewers.
