Overnights: Star Gold, Star Plus & Hum TV dominate in UK on Wednesday

Star TV channels Star Gold and Star Plus continued to dominate in Wednesday’s UK ratings, while Hum TV strengthened its position at No.3, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Gold had a marginal lead with a share of 0.17%, followed by sister channel, Star Plus with 0.15% and Hum TV with 0.13%. Sony Entertainment Television and New Vision TV were next with 0.08%, followed by Geo TV and PTC Punjabi with 0.06%, Sony SAB TV with 0.05%, Dunya News with 0.04%, ZEE TV, Colors and Star Bharat delivered 0.03%.

Star Gold’s IPL 2019 coverage between Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad was watched by 47,800 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ impressed with 80,900 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 64,300 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 61,900 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 45,800 viewers, ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 20:00 with 41,600 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 28,200 viewers, ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 26,600 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 25,700 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Janam Jali’ continued to strike a chord with audiences with 49,900 viewers tuning in at 21:00, followed by ‘Meer Aabroo’ at 22:00 with 39,900 viewers, ‘Khaas’ at 20:00 with 27,700 viewers and ‘Log Kia Kahenge’ with 24,900 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ topped ratings with 36,500 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ with 30,600 viewers and ‘Mere Sai’ with 25,800 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Seerat’ led with 20,400 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Qaid’ at 20:00 with 13,800 viewers and ‘Ali Ki Ammi’ at midday with 8,500 viewers.

On ARY Family, ‘Shan-e-Iftar’ at 18:00 attracted 8,000 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Punar Vivah’ re-run at 13:30 was top with 18,400 viewers, followed by ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ at 21:30 with 12,400 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Roop’ was top with 19,500 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Silsila’ at 22:00 with 16,800 viewers and ‘Sitaara’ at 23:00 with 16,100 viewers.
