Overnights: Star Gold returns to top on Friday in UK; Star Plus at No.2

Star Gold returned to the No.1 position in UK ratings on the back of the penultimate match in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL 2019) on Friday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Gold’s share was up to 0.19%, followed by Star Plus with 0.15%, Hum TV with 0.10%, Sony Entertainment Television with 0.08%, Geo TV with 0.07%, ZEE TV and Colors Rishtey with 0.05%, Dunya News with 0.04%, New Vision TV with 0.03% and Colors with 0.02%.

Star Gold’s IPL 2019 coverage of Chennai Super Kings win over Delhi Capitals at 14:45 was watched by 52,900 viewers, with the repeat at 19:15 pulling in 14,300 viewers. The final match between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings takes place on Sunday.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ stayed No.1 with 66,200 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 64,400 viewers, ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 20:00 with 39,500 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 37,600 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 36,500 viewers and ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 27,600 viewers. ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 pulled in 20,900 viewers, while ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ crashed to just 1,500 viewers at 22:00.

On Hum TV, ‘Suno Chanda 2’ at 21:30 was top show with over 45,000 viewers, followed by ‘Jaal’ at 22:30 with 40,000 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ was watched by 40,400 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:30 with 34,900 viewers and ‘Mere Sai’ at 18:45 with 30,700 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Saiban’ at 19:00 pulled in 29,200 viewers, followed by the repeat at 22:30 with 26,700 viewers and ‘Dolly Darling’ at 22:30 with 24,600 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Man Mohini’ at 22:00 and ‘Lal Ishq’ at 22:30 were watched by 15,700 viewers, followed by ‘Shri Krishna’ at 11:30 with 11,700 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Silsila’ pulled in 14,600 viewers at 22:00.
