Overnights: Star Gold overtakes Star Plus on Sunday in UK

Star Gold overtook sister channel, Star Plus in UK ratings on Sunday, while ‘Bigg Boss 11’ finale failed to make an impact, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Gold delivered a share of 0.11% with ‘Housefull 2’ attracting 32,600 viewers at 15:15, followed by ‘Sardaar Ji 2’ at 18:15 with 25,600 viewers and ‘Action Replay’ at 12:30 with 10,200 viewers.

Star Plus was at No.2 with a share 0.09% with ‘India’s Next Superstars’ attracting 57,000 viewers, followed by ‘Singham Returns’ movie at 16:30 with 18,900 viewers and ‘TED Talks India’ at 19:00 with 14,000 viewers.

Colors’ attracted a share of 0.08% with ‘Bigg Boss 11’ season finale pulling in 66,200 viewers at 21:00. It peaked to 82,100 viewers. The show has proved a huge success for the channel this year but a bigger audience was expected.

Sony Entertainment Television was next with a share of 0.06%. Its top rated show was ‘Super Dancer’ at 20:00 with 41,600 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 13:00 attracted 17,100 viewers.

Hum TV and Hum Masala clocked up a share of 0.04%. The former’s top show was ‘La Hasil’ at 20:00 with 29,700 viewers.

ZEE TV and ARY Family rated a zero share.
