Overnights: Star Gold flies high on Wednesday with IPL 2019 coverage

Star Gold UK continued to fly high in ratings on Wednesday, with nearly double the ratings of the nearest broadcaster, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Gold delivered a share of 0.27%, followed by Star Plus with 0.13%, Sony Entertainment Television with 0.09%, Hum TV and PTC Punjabi with 0.07%, Geo TV, Sony SAB TV and New Vision TV with 0.05%, ARY Family, ZEE TV and Colors with 0.03%.

Star Gold’s coverage of Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab in the IPL match yesterday was watched by 57,500 viewers at 15:15 – peaking at 106,400 viewers. The repeat telecast of the match at 19:15 pulled in another 31,100 viewers. The highlights package of the match on Star Plus at 23:00 raked in 4,400 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ delivered 53,600 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 46,900 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 42,500 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 41,900 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 32,100 viewers, ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 20:00 with 24,300 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 16,700 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ topped ratings with 28,900 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:30 with 27,300 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:00 with 26,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Khaas’ fetched 23,200 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Janam Jali’ at 21:00 with 18,600 viewers and ‘Mere Humdum’ repeat at 12:15 with 11,600 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ was watched by 10,200 viewers at 18:30.

On Colors, ‘Silsila’ was the biggest show with 20,700 viewers at 22:00.
